I am Anaya Sharma, Manager at Tratak Yoga, where I help coordinate and support students interested in yoga teacher training. With a focus on 100 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, I work closely with our team to ensure students receive clear guidance, structured learning, and a supportive training experience. My day-to-day role includes student coordination, programme planning, and maintaining smooth communication throughout the course. At Tratak Yoga, we believe in professional teaching, transparency, and practical learning that helps students build confidence and develop their yoga skills in a meaningful way.
