Redeemed Life Counseling, LLC is a Christian counseling practice in Argyle, Texas, founded in 2018 by Michelle Fitzhugh, LPC-S. Our 13 counselors serve children ages 3+, teens, adults, couples and families across Denton County, with online and phone sessions available in Texas. We help clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship strain and life transitions using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, CBT, neurofeedback, play therapy, Emotional Transformation Therapy and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).
